We met Mr. Ryan Verstreater when we were interviewing eight other roofers for our remodeling project. Our project was a relatively challenging flat roof repair. I found working with Rhino to be enjoyable from beginning to completion of the work performed. The quote was easy to read and the rate very competitive. Our roof needed replacing due to wind damage. We had a handful of roofing companies come out and give us estimates, Rihno’s was in the range we were looking at. Our insurance company desided that they were going to repair part of the roof instead of replacing the whole roof. EXCELLENT All of the winter’s wind caused minor damage to our roof. I called 4 different roofing companies to get estimates on the repair. Rhino was the only company to schedule an exact date and time for the estimate (all others said they would be at my house in the next few days). Rhino showed up the very next morning and not only gave me an estimate, but completed the work on the spot. They were very professional and courteous and performed quality work. GREAT GREAT GREAT I am the president of an HOA that was all flat roofs. We licensed someone back in 06 that came out for a bunch of money and was suppose to fix the roofs. I was very impressed I was very impressed with you when I was buying my roof in 2002. I found you on Tom Martino’s site. I had heard of the special roofs like the Malarkey Legacy which have the high impact rating and wind resistance. One roofer wanted to charge me double to install it. You said that was ridiculous as they do not cost that much more! So, we had you put a new roof on the house! Flash forward to June 2009 when a tornado hit our local mall and the storm also brought lots of really big hail to the area! Every house that I could see had to get new roofs. The total was probably hundreds of houses! For months, we drove thru the neighborhood and every yard had a roofer’s sign in it! Except for me! My roof withstood the onslaught like a trooper! I could not be happier! Well…. the only thing that would make me happier is if everyone else had my roof! It was months and months of pounding while all my neighbors had their roofs installed! Hi. I did not want to let too much time go by without saying thank you for the terrific job you and your crew did on our roof replacement. Of the three contractors I called, Rhino was the only company that offered a prompt, thorough written estimate on our roof replacement. The cost was $2,000 less than the second contractor and the third contractor did not want to give us an estimate at all until he learned the extent of repairs that we were going to make. Due to the amount of damage, our roof was put as a priority on Matthews very tight schedule. As promised, his crew showed up on time and actually finished our roof that day. They did not ‘have a party’ on our roof as other roofers seem to have in our neighborhood. At the end of the day, they picked up all of the debris around our house and even cleaned the debris out of our flower beds. As I look at the quality of our roof compared to the other newly roofed houses, we are so pleased to actually see the difference in the shingles. They are thick and clearly defined shingles which gives our house a ‘cottage’ look.
