We had our roof replaced by Rhino Industries in September of 2009. Because my wife and I were away for a few weeks after if was replaced, I did not have the opportunity to call or write to you to let you know of our satisfaction with Chris Waldmann, the gentleman who sold us the roof and subsequently monitored the job until it was completed.
With respect to roofs, I have little knowledge about them and can only assume a good job was done. When it comes to the service and attention we received from Chris Waldmann however, I can tell you it was excellent. He told us what to expect, was sensitive to our needs and followed up on whatever he said he would.
Also the particular crew involved with our roof did the work quietly and also seemed to be sensitive to anything that we should know about the job as it was being performed.
I believe Chris was leaving town right after the roof was completed as we were, and I didn't get a chance the thank him. I would appreciate it if you would extend our thanks to him for making the roof replacement a worry free experience for my wife and me. |

Rhino Roofing President, Ryan Versteater provided the best quote in terms of material quality and work. The work crew was professional and detail oriented in terms of workmanship and quality. They were also friendly in answering questions and allowing inspection of their work. The job site was left clean both times. We now have an attractive roof thanks to Rhino Roofing. We highly recommend this company. In fact, Rhino Roofing re-roofed our house twice! First time: 6/20/09. Hail storm hit 7/20/09. Rhino re-roofed a second time 8/28/09. Following the tremendous hail storm and the usual warnings from the media regarding unreliable or untrustworthy roofing companies, I was apprehensive to say the least when choosing Rhino. The key to the success of this roof project was the up front coordination effort between architecture, engineering, construction and cost control methodology. This resulted in cost savings to the Owner and provided the Ownership group many different development alternatives and approaches. They were instrumental in the project, from the Pre-construction phase through final building design.
